Bei diesem Druckverfahren wird das Motiv nach der digitalen Aufbereitung der Druckdaten direkt auf
das Material übertragen. Dieses Druckverfahren ist ideal um fotorealistische, mehrfarbige Logos /
Motive und Farbverläufe umzusetzen.
Digital prints – for stickers, micro昀椀ber cloths
In the case of this printing method, the motif is directly applied to the material after the printing data
has been digitally prepared. This printing method is ideal for the realisation of photorealistic, multicoloured logos /motifs and colour gradients.
Tampondruck / Pad-printing
Bei diesem indirekten Druckverfahren nach dem Tiefdruckprinzip
werden neutrale Silikonstempel (Tampons) mit dem Farb-Abbild des
Motivs benetzt. Die 昀氀exible Eigenschaft der Silikonstempel ermöglicht
auch das Bedrucken gekrümmter Flächen in hoher Qualität. Der
Tampondruck ist das wichtigste Verfahren zum Bedrucken von Kunststo昀昀-Werbemitteln. Optimal ist der Druck von einfarbigen Logos.
Bei mehrfarbigen Drucken müssen die Motive überprüft werden.
Gerasterte Motive und Verläufe sind im Tampondruck nicht möglich.
This indirect printing process based on the gravure printing principle
involves blank silicon stamps (pads) being soaked with the colour
image of the motif. The 昀氀exible attribute of the silicon stamp also
enables the imprinting of curved surfaces in high quality. Pad-printing
is the most important method for imprinting plastic promotional
products. It is optimal for printing one-coloured logos. For multicoloured prints, the motifs have to be checked. Patterned motifs and
gradients are not possible using the pad printing method.
Sticker / Sticker
Einige Produkte können mit selbstklebenden Stickern veredelt
werden (u.a. Schnabels® Quietsche-Enten, Hartplastikre昀氀ektoren, Übergabetaschen). Diese Sticker werden im 4c-Digitaldruck
erstellt und anschließend auf dem Produkt angebracht. Die Größe
der Sticker ist modellabhängig.
Several products can be customised using self-adhesive stickers (among
others Schnabels® rubber ducks, hard plastic re昀氀ectors, presentation bags). These stickers are created using a 4c digital print and
are subsequently applied to the product. The size of the sticker
depends on the respective model.
